Please allow extra time for international postage as orders may take longer depending on which country the order is being shipped to as BankNotes is a UK based brand.
Shipping rates may also vary depending on where the order is being shipped to and how big the order is.

All of our decks are constructed of 7 plies of 100% Premium American Maple AKA Canadian Maple.
All of our decks are shipped out directly from America, not the UK.
Decks usually take 2-3 weeks to ship out.
Once your deck has been shipped out we will update your order with a tracking number (this will be sent via email)
If there will be a significant delay with your order we will contact you via email.
Decks are shipped separately from other products (e.g. t-shirts, hoodies etc)
Shipping rates for skateboard decks may also vary depending on where the order is being shipped to and how many decks are in the order. (The price for shipping may increase the more skateboard decks are added to the order)
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless an error was made on our part. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
